Long standing Bridge Road bar, The Collection has recently been purchased by a pair of enthusiastic industry pro’s looking to change the face of the bar and drinking on Bridge Road.

Owen and Paul are the new faces behind the bar and they’ve got some grand plans to convert their regulars to better drinkers (albeit slowly) with fresh and home made ingredients.
