After very successfully introducing real service to Sydney and re-igniting the cities’ passion for cocktails, Eau De Vie has launched a Melbourne branch.

Doors open at 5pm today with Greg Sanderson at the Helm (ex Black Pearl, The Attic) and a crack team ready to throw down some classics and more than one or two shots to celebrate their opening.

With plans to extend their concept to full dining and a cocktail degustation experience, we’ll be sure to keep you posted on how this exciting new bar pushes the boundaries.
